2. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the FacilityPro Global platform.
• To process trial signups, subscriptions, and billing.
• To send service, onboarding, and account-related emails.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery) under contracts that require confidentiality, and when required by law.

4. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL/TLS. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by single sign-on (SSO) and role-based controls. Infrastructure is regularly audited under SOC 2 Type II standards.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we delete facility and account data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the platform or by contacting us. Residents of certain regions (e.g. GDPR/CCPA) have additional rights regarding their personal data.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without affecting core functionality.
