These terms govern your use of FacilityPro Global. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these terms.
2. Acceptable use
- You may not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans begin after a free trial where offered. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilityPro Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or pose a risk to the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.
